Maria B. Roberts (Education) has been selected for the second cohort of the UNLV Search Advocate Pilot Program. As a search advocate, she will play an important role in aiding search committees with diversifying candidate pools, ensuring equity in the search process, and collaborating with Human Resources to ensure compliance with university search and hire protocols.
