Manoj Sharma (Environmental & Occupational Health) and Kavita Batra (Medicine) published an article entitled, “A theory-based analysis of COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy among African Americans in the United States: A recent evidence” in co-authorship with Ravi Batra (Coforge) in the journal Healthcare. The article lends support to Sharma’s multi-theory model of health behavior change in addressing COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy in African Americans and proposes a mobile phone-based intervention.
