Manoj Sharma (Social & Behavioral Health; Internal Medicine) co-authored an article titled, “Knowledge, Attitudes, and Practices of Oil and Salt Intake and Related Influencing Factors in Southwestern China,” in Frontiers in Nutrition (Impact factor 4.0) with researchers from Chongqing Medical University, Sichuan University, and Qatar University. The study found poor knowledge, attitudes, and practices about dietary oil and salt consumption necessitating health education and policy interventions.
