Graduate student Maham Bhatti (School of Community Health Sciences) has been accepted into the University of Missouri Health Care Administrative Fellowship, a unique two-year program dedicated to fostering the next generation of health care leaders.
As a MU Health Care fellow, Bhatti will be working side-by-side with executive leadership and will gain valuable hands-on experience from customized rotations throughout various departments including ambulatory care, inpatient care, finance, quality, human resources, marketing, patient care and community affiliations. The goal of the program is to retain their fellows and hire them in a leadership role upon completion.
For the second year in a row, MU Health Care has been named one of the “150 Great Places to Work in Healthcare” by Becker’s Hospital Review.
Bhatti is a graduate student in the health care administration master's program and will begin her fellowship in June 2019.
