Maggie Farrell (Libraries) recently presented a poster, "Creating and Sustaining a Culture of Inclusiveness —the Leader's Role," with Beth McNeil, dean of library services at Iowa State University, and Janice Welburn, dean of libraries at Marquette University, at the Third National Joint Conference of Librarians of Color. The poster explores ways to understand and support diversity and inclusiveness from a leadership perspective.
