Lydia Nussbaum (Law) recently provided an op-ed piece to the Las Vegas Review-Journal titled "School Discipline Reform Didn't Create Florida Shooter — and Can Help Kids Who Need It." In the piece she not only corrects the record on a recent article regarding the Florida shooting and school discipline reform, but also explains how school districts can learn and develop innovative alternatives, including those grounded in “restorative justice” principles.
