Lisa Nicholas and Rocky Rockstraw (both Nursing) presented at a webinar titled, "Using a Student-Centric Model to Achieve Full Participation in Healthcare Simulation Experiences," to over 180 attendees. This international webinar provided a student-centered model to engage learners in multiple roles and responsibilities allowing growth in competence and gaining critical skills in communication, empathy, and clinical reasoning.
