Linda Berger (Law) was one of a dozen participants in the Rhetoric & Law Colloquium featuring Stanley Fish at the University of Alabama in Huntsville in April. The colloquium sponsored by the department of communication arts focused on rhetorical interpretations of D.C. v. Heller, which recognized an individual right of self-defense in the Second Amendment.
