LeAnne Salazar Montoya (Educational Psychology, Leadership, and Higher Education) was asked to present as the opening keynote for the 2023 National Mortar Board week. She will present, "The Tenets of Leadership, Diversity and Equity are More than a Trend." Mortar Board Week commemorates the founding of Mortar Board with a weeklong celebration, annually held the week of the February 15 founding. This year’s celebration, which marks the 105th anniversary of Mortar Board, will be held February 12-18, 2023. She presents on Monday, Feb. 13 online at 4 p.m. CST.
