Dr. Laura Culley (School of Medicine) received the Public Service Award from the Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) for her excellent collaborative work, bringing together and facilitating diverse, social, and health service agencies and organizations throughout the valley. One recent example of her dedication cited by SNHD is the Mobile Health Collaborative that provided care to nearly 800 families (with follow-up services) and immunized 150 individuals disadvantaged or living in or close to the poverty line.
