Jeffrey Martin, Henry Krasner, Crysty-Ann Olaco, Kavita Batra and Dale Netski (all Medicine), along with Nicolette Harmon (Public Health) received the Best Oral Presentation Award for their paper, "Community level correlates of COVID-19 booster vaccine hesitancy in the United States: A cross-sectional analysis," from the Vaccines journal in their First International Electronic Conference on RNA vaccines, Current Challenges and Future Developments.
Martin, Krasner, Olaco are medical students, and Harmon is a doctoral student in the School of Public Health. Batra and Netski co-mentored this highly motivated group of students to help them navigate and understand a complete research cycle from idea conception to the publication.
