Kavita Batra, Dale M. Netski, June Coleman, Mark Guadagnoli, Marc J. Kahn, and Deborah A. Kuhls (all Medicine) presented a poster, "Quality Improvement Initiative to Advance Faculty Research and Scholarship at a New Medical School," at the annual conference held by the Group on Women in Medicine and Science (GWIMS), Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC). The findings of this presentation underscore the need of developing institution-wide programs, such as monthly seminars, workshops, peer-mentoring, and integrating research with other activities.
