Katherine Keller (University Libraries) was a guest speaker at San Diego Comic Con last week as part of a panel discussing “Navigating The Powers and Perils of Banned Books.” The panel, hosted by the Comic Book Defense League Fund (CBDLF), examined the history of censorship of graphic novels. Keller, who works in the Teacher Development and Resource Library, is a CBDLF board member and co-founder of Sequential Tart, a "webzine" focusing on the comics industry.
