UNLV Down Syndrome Program Director Dr. Kate Martin (Medicine) published her capstone paper in instructional design, titled, "Building an Infrastructure for Down Syndrome Care." The paper focuses on the current efforts of the Down Syndrome Program to meet the healthcare needs of people with Down syndrome and their families.
