Kate Korgan (Graduate College) recently represented UNLV at two Salesforce conferences.

In November, she presented at Salesforce’s annual Dreamforce conference, the world’s largest software conference. Her session, titled CRM for Graduate Admissions: Your Key to Student and Faculty Success, focused on the Graduate College’s deployment of Salesforce to streamline admissions and student funding processes across more than 150 programs.

Earlier this month, she presented at Salesforce’s ISV Partner Kickoff, which brings together hundreds of Salesforce partners. She was asked to share UNLV’s customer success story working with Salesforce and its apps – such as Enrollment Rx, Conga, and DocuSign – to improve business processes, build a graduate student lifecycle system of engagement, and better support student success.
