Juanita K. Hinojosa (Service Learning and Leadership, doctoral student in Higher Education) recently co-published an article, "(In)visibility to Advocacy: The Insider–Outsider Experiences of AfroLatinX Higher Education Professionals," in the Journal of Higher Education. This article explores the educational and professional experiences of AfroLatinX higher education professionals, with collaborators sharing their racialized experiences and underscoring how it motivated them to pursue a career in higher education.
