Joshua J. Goldman, MD, (Medicine) was accepted into the 2018-19 Doximity Fellows Program. Goldman, UNLV's chief resident in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, will participate in the authors program while completing an Integrated Craniomaxillofacial and Microsurgery Fellowship in Royal Oak, Michigan, next year. According to Doximity, "Our Fellows are an elite group of leaders in medical literature and technology from top institutions — and the driving force behind thousands of virtual clinical conversations on the Doximity platform."
"Doximity is the largest community of healthcare professionals in the country — with over 70 percent of US doctors and 45 percent of all NPs and physician assistants as verified members, and thousands of nurse practitioners, PAs and pharmacists. In just three years, [their] vertical social network has grown to a larger membership than the American Medical Association and more physician users than Epic, the top EMR in the country, and has continued to grow. Aside from the iPhone, there’s never been a piece of technology adopted by clinicians as quickly as Doximity."
