John Novak and Annette Day (Libraries) recently had an article published in the New Review of Academic Librarianship. The article, "The IR Has Two Faces: Positioning Institutional Repositories for Success," describes University Libraries' ongoing efforts to evolve the role of the institutional repository, Digital Scholarship@UNLV.
