Jennifer J. Reed (Sociology) was interviewed for an article in the Washington Post for Earth Day titled, "'How Ecosexual Are You?': Why Some Prefer Lover Earth to Mother Earth." Reed discussed her dissertation research on the growing ecosexual movement— combining issues related to the environment and sexuality — as an example of an intersectional movement. She will complete the requirements for her doctorate in sociology from UNLV this spring.
