Jay Shen, Pearl Kim, and Haniyeh Shariatma (all Healthcare Administration and Policy), along with their collaborators at the Optum Care, recently presented a paper, "Hit by the COVID-19: Who Are Using Telehealth Services in Outpatient Care Settings?," at the International Health Economics Association World Congress in Cape Town, South Africa. Shariatma is a doctoral student.
