Jared Lau (Counselor Education, School Psychology, and Human Services), David Vallett (Teaching and Learning), and Kok-Mun Ng of Oregon State University, and co-authored an article, "The Counseling Training Environment Scale: Initial Development and Validity of a Self-Report Measure to Assess the Counseling Training Environment" in Measurement and Evaluation in Counseling and Development. Their article features the development and validation of the CTES, an instrument designed to assess the training environment of counseling and related programs. The publication is the flagship journal of the Association for Assessment and Research in Counseling, an official division of the American Counseling Association.
