James Mah (Dental Medicine) gave two presentations in Canada during the Jasper Dental Congress, hosted by the Alberta Dental Association & College. “Management of Bruxism – Occlusal Guards vs Neuromodulators” focused on the dental and facial signs of chronic bruxism, radiographic finding, and treatments. “Advances in Clear Aligner Therapy” provided up-to-date clinical tips for treating patients with aligner therapy, and explored common pitfalls and strategies for case selection, and treatment staging.
During the congress, University of Alberta School of Dental Medicine named Mah its 2016 Dental Alumnus of the Year. The recognition acknowledges his leadership in professional achievement, contributions to the oral health profession, and exceptional community involvement.
