Jacob D. Skousen, Dana L. Bickmore, and Miguel Gonzales (all Educational Psychology and Higher Education), and Maria Banda Roberts (Education) presented their research, "Changing the Face of School Leadership: Diversifying the Principal Pool Through Purposeful Recruiting and Mentoring" at the annual University Council for Educational Administration Conference.

The purpose of this study was to investigate impacts of a pilot program in which administrators of color were purposefully recruited and then mentored teacher leaders of color into a principal preparation program.
