Jacob D. Skousen (Educational Psychology, Leadership, and Higher Education), along with colleague Spencer C. Weiler (Brigham Young University) and graduate students Kim Scriber, David McDaniel, and Mark Frame, presented their paper, "Internal Equity: Analyzing Fluctuations in Salary Differences within Public Education in Mountain West States Over Time," at the National Education Finance Academy annual conference on April 6, 2023. The purpose of this study was to explore internal equity issues related to public educators' salaries over time.
