Frank Fritz (Law) published an op-ed, "Buildings Can Help Us Fight Climate Change," in the Nevada Independent, earlier this montn. It argues that Nevada can make enormous progress on climate change using state and local laws, like building performance standards. It urges Clark County and Nevada’s other urban areas to start developing these laws now and adopt them as soon as possible.
