Federick Ngo (Educational Psychology, Leadership, and Higher Education) and Kristine Jan C. Espinoza (Education) published an article titled, "Now We Come Here, We Feel It: Experiences of Anti-Asian Racism Among Community College Students in ESOL Programs," in the Community College Journal of Research & Practice. The study examines how Asian immigrants attending an AANAPISI personally and vicariously experienced anti-Asian racism and how institutions of higher education can better support their students. This project was part of a larger study funded by the William T. Grant Foundation and recently highlighted as Featured Work.
