Federick Ngo (Educational Psychology & Higher Education) has published a policy brief, "The Equity Rankings: An Alternative Assessment of U.S. Higher Education," that addresses alternate assessment methods for determining university rankings. This brief was commissioned by Colorado State University's RISE Center as part of its Hack the Gates Initiative. The initiative is dedicated to creating equitable pathways to post-secondary education.
