Doctoral students Fabian Rebolledo and Mariah Mena (both History) were selected to receive Crossing Latinidades Mellon Humanities Fellowships for the 2023-24 academic year from the Crossing Latinidades Humanities Research Initiative at the University of Illinois at Chicago. They will receive $30,000 stipends each, help conduct research in emerging areas of interest about Latinos, and participate in mentoring and professional development.
