Karen West (Dental Medicine) co-authored “Which Way to Lean? A National Study of Women Dental Faculty Members’ Career Aspirations and Choices,” which appeared in the December issue of the Journal of Dental Education. The article explored factors and perceived barriers for why administrative/leadership positions were or were not sought, and was named one of the journal’s top ten published articles during 2016.
