Dieu-My Tran (Nursing) co-authored “Cardiovascular Risk Factors Among College Students: Knowledge, Perception, and Risk Assessment,” which concluded high knowledge level of cardiovascular risk factors was not sufficient to lower potential risks within the study population, but changing perception of those factors may play a bigger role in reducing long-term risks. The article appeared in the Journal of American College Health’s March issue.
