Dr. Deborah Kuhls (Medicine-Surgery) was honored by Las Vegas Heals Thursday night for Inspired Excellence in Healthcare. Kuhls not only works long hours treating trauma victims at UMC, she is also a tireless researcher and advocate for injury prevention. Fellow UMC trauma surgeon and UNLV professor Dr. John Fildes spoke about her commitment and expertise.
