David G. Schwartz (Ombuds) recently published a post on "From the Ombuds," the official blog of the ombuds office about the importance of impartiality to the practice of ombuds. Impartiality is one of the four ethical principles that guide the practice of organizational ombuds, and as such informs the operation of UNLV's ombuds office.
