David G. Schwartz (Faculty Affairs) recently published a commentary for gaming industry resource "CDC Gaming Reports" about the significance of the 90th anniversary of the state of Nevada relegalizing commercial gaming in 1931. In it, he explores an alternate history where Nevada did not relegalize gaming, leading to profound changes for the national gambling landscape.
