David G. Schwartz (Ombuds) recently gave a presentation for the UNLV Alumni Association's Rebel Recharge series entitled “Lessons Learned from COVID and the Path Ahead.”
Drawing on his research into Las Vegas and hospitality history, Schwartz offered four main lessons (and one bonus one) that Southern Nevada can learn from its experience in navigating the pandemic.
