Dave Beisecker (Philosophy) recently published an article, "The Consequences of Denial: Peirce's Bilateral Semantics," in Transactions of the Charles S. Peirce Society. This work also was recently featured in a workshop devoted to semantic bilateralism in logic at an international workshop at the University of Amsterdam sponsored by the European Research Council.
