Dana Bickmore, Miguel Gonzales, and Maria Roberts (all in Educational Psychology and Higher Education) coauthored an article “Exploring School Leaders Communities of Practice and School Improvement” in the National Association of Secondary School Principals Bulletin. The study examined a program of collaborative professional development for school principals, both experienced and novice, to support effective school improvement planning and implementation.
