Erika Marquez, Courtney Coughenour, Maxim Gakh, Tiana Tu, Pashtana Usufzy, and Shawn Gerstenberger (all Environmental & Occupational Health) published an article, "A Mixed-Methods Assessment of Residential Housing Tenants' Concerns about Property Habitability and the Implementation of Habitability Laws in Southern Nevada" in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health.
The overall goal of this mixed-methods assessment was to examine the need for housing policies that support quality housing for low-income renters in Clark County. Tu and Usufzy are graduate students.
