Chris Heavey (Academic Affairs), Carl Reiber (Academic Affairs), and Dan Bubb (Academic Assessment) presented a poster of UNLV's general education and assessment program at the Association for General and Liberal Studies annual conference in Indianapolis in September. The poster depicted the levels of UNLV's vertically integrated general education program, how they are interwoven into the university undergraduate learning outcomes (UULOs), and how they can be assessed. UNLV's general education program has been nationally recognized and continues to receive considerable praise and inquiry from other large research universities.
