Ching-Chen Chen, Jared Lau (both Counselor Education, School Psychology, and Human Services), and Chia-Liang Dai (Teaching and Learning), along with George Richardson from the University of Cincinnati, recently published their paper, "Measurement Invariance Testing in Counseling," in the Journal of Professional Counseling: Practice, Theory & Research. In their paper, the authors conducted a content analysis that examined the prevalence and use of measurement invariance in modern counseling research. Implications and recommendations for practice are provided.
