Brooke Conway Kleven (Public Health), Lung-Chang Chien, Brian Labus, Chad Cross, (all Epidemiology and Biostatistics), Arturo Montes (Internal Medicine) along with Aaron Ritter, Rebekah Randall, and Charles Bernick of the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health had their research article, "Longitudinal Changes in Regional Brain Volumes and Cognition of Professional Fighters With Traumatic Encephalopathy Syndrome" published in the journal Neurology.
This study aimed to determine whether there was an association between a clinical diagnosis of Traumatic Encephalopathy Syndrome and subsequent temporal decline in cognitive or MRI volumetric measures.
