Brittani Sterling (Libraries) has been selected as a Fellow for the Association of Research Libraries Leadership and Career Development Program (LCDP) for 2022-23. The LCDP is a year-long experience that prepares mid-career librarians from historically underrepresented racial and ethnic groups to take on leadership roles in their careers and in the profession at large. It addresses the lack of representation of Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) professionals in leadership ranks within academic and research institutions and other communities of practice. Sterling is the social sciences and interdisciplinary studies librarian.
