Benjamin P. Edwards (Law) recently published a law review article, "The Professional Prospectus: A Call for Effective Professional Disclosure," in the Washington and Lee Law Review. That law review is one of top 40 in the nation. The article addresses the need to improve markets for professional services. He also published an op-ed piece in the Wall Street Journal drawn from the law review article.
