Benjamin P. Edwards (Law) presented a new draft paper, "Performance-Based Investor Protection," at a workshop on financial regulation at Indiana's Mauer School of Law. The draft makes the case for a comprehension-based framework for regulating investment advice. Participants included faculty from the Columbia Law School, University of Pennsylvania Law School, Wharton, Indiana's Mauer School of Law, and Duke Law School.
