Austin Horng-En Wang (Political Science) published a policy report, "AI-Generated Disinformation in the 2024 Taiwan Presidential Election," in Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom. In this report, Wang summarizes and analyzes the AI-generated disinformation (including videos, audios, and text-based content) during the 20204 Taiwan Presidential Election; Wang also analyzes the potential impact on distraction and polarization based on the poll results.
