Ariana Garcia and Blanca Rincón (both Educational Psychology, Leadership, and Higher Education) published an article, "Culturally Responsive Mentoring: A Psychosociocultural Perspective on Sustaining Students of Color Career Aspirations in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM),” in the Journal of Diversity in Higher Education. This article explored how culturally responsive mentors helped sustain students of color's career aspirations in STEM.
