Alona Angosta and Jennifer Kawi (School of Nursing) completed the Leadership for Academic Nursing Program (LANP), sponsored by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN). The LANP has been preparing future leaders for more than 14 years. This structured professional development experience includes assessment and evaluation of leadership skills, identification of success strategies, and consultation to achieve long-term goals. The AACN recognizes associate professor Angosta and assistant professor Kawi as LANP Fellows.
