Alexandra Nur, Ph.D., (Criminal Justice) has published a new original article examining racial/ethnic disparities in prison misconduct sanctioning. Results suggest that Black, Hispanic/Latino, and White incarcerated persons are punished disparately for similarly severe prison misconduct infractions.
