What devices are supported?: The UNLV Mobile app is currently available for iOS and Android devices. The iOS version requires iOS version 12.1 or greater and the Android version requires Android OS 4.4 or greater.
Where do I get the app?: You can download the UNLV Mobile app for free from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
Will there be new features?: Definitely. Our goal is to make the app as useful as possible for the UNLV community. If you have suggestions for new features that would make your life easier, please send them through the feedback form.
How can I save my MyUNLV login?: On your iPhone, go to Settings and then choose UNLV Mobile. Enter your MyUNLV ID and set the Remember Me slider to “on.” This remembers only your MyUNLV ID. To ensure your information is secure, your MyUNLV password cannot be saved.
I’m having trouble with the app. Who can I talk to?: Contact the UNLV IT Help Desk for support using the app. Call them at 702-895-0777 or submit an online help request.
