Description

(Same as WMST 453.) Examines the social construction of gender across a range of institutional, interactional, intellectual and cultural contexts. Emphasis is on the intersection of gender with race, ethnicity, social class and sexuality.This course is crosslisted with SOC 653. Credit at the 600-level requires additional work.
