Description

(Formerly EOH 200.) Epidemics, chronic disease, workplace hazards, bioterrorism, pollution, second hand smoke, violence -- are all public health problems. This course will introduce students to the growing field of public health with a focused look at the core areas of environmental health, epidemiology, population health, and health promotion.

Prerequisites

ENG 101 and 102 or equiv, FYS. For undergraduate degree-seeking students only.
